Summer's here, people are out of school... but... somehow we still never get enough sleep.
Here are some tips and tricks {and products} to make you look more awake:
PRODUCTS:
This products is AMAZING! It instantly makes your eyes look tighter and firmer, which is nice when you feel like saggy, sleepy eyes.
Yeah, nothing makes you look like a tired mess more than bloodshot eyes. I always keep a bottle in my purse, it makes you look SO much better.
You wear this on your waterline {that smooth rim between your eyeball and lower lashes} and it helps brighten your eyes and make you look more awake. Works much better than a white liner since white is almost always too harsh.
TIPS:
Use a pale shadow {or liner} on the inner corner of your eyes
I like to use a bit of a cream shadow such as:
I like luna, and pearl. They will give a shadow or pigment something to stick to and are quite pretty on their own. I use just a bit on the inner corners, to just about where your iris begins {look at the lovely Blake Lively}
*Then follow with any light, slightly shimmery shadow, so beautiful and really brightens those eyes up!
Under Eye Concealer
I find it best to use something really creamy for underneath the eyes, otherwise they seem to look cakey and sit on top of wrinkles. I love:
I use "Light Boost" which has more of a yellow tone, they also make Radiant Rose {pinkish} and Bright Forecast {orange}. The one that will work best depends on your skin tone and the color/tint of your under eye darkness. Yellow = Purple. Pink = Green/Gray. Orange = Blue.
Blush!!!
I won't even give you a specific product for this one, brighter pinks really do the job for this. Pinks give you that youthful glow that is so amazing, it really brightens up your whole face. {ok, I said no products, but I love Frankly Scarlet and Dolly Mix from MAC -yes, they look bright, but they are much more sheer on the skin, use a gentle hand!}
Oh and... get more sleep!!!!
{Tylenol PM helps on restless nights}
